The Open conference is back, this time with a fresh focus. We've designed this year's event to be more intentional for the people who truly make hiring happen – talent ops professionals and leaders – and we're making it more accessible by hosting it in two cities.
Doors open at 9 am with programming kicking off at 10 am on both days. Sessions, including breaks and lunch, will run from 10 am–4 pm, followed by an on-site happy hour from 4–5 pm.
Open for Ops is for TA ops leaders and professionals who want an interactive learning experience.
One ticket includes a full day of interactive panels, breakout sessions and round tables with fellow TA pros and industry leaders. Plus, enjoy lunch, happy hour and plenty of coffee to keep you fueled!
You may cancel your registration for a full refund, including tax, before May 22, 2025. After this time, we will charge a $200 cancellation fee. No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
No, Open for Ops is in-person only.
