  • What is Open for Ops?

    The Open conference is back, this time with a fresh focus. We've designed this year's event to be more intentional for the people who truly make hiring happen – talent ops professionals and leaders – and we're making it more accessible by hosting it in two cities.

  • When and where is the event?

    Doors open at 9 am with programming kicking off at 10 am on both days. Sessions, including breaks and lunch, will run from 10 am–4 pm, followed by an on-site happy hour from 4–5 pm.


    • San Francisco: June 5 at Convene 100 Stockton 
    • New York City: June 12 at Venue 42 by Convene
  • Who should attend?

    Open for Ops is for TA ops leaders and professionals who want an interactive learning experience.

  • What's included with my ticket?

    One ticket includes a full day of interactive panels, breakout sessions and round tables with fellow TA pros and industry leaders. Plus, enjoy lunch, happy hour and plenty of coffee to keep you fueled!

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    You may cancel your registration for a full refund, including tax, before May 22, 2025. After this time, we will charge a $200 cancellation fee. No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Can I attend virtually?

    No, Open for Ops is in-person only.

  • Will the venue have disability accommodations?

    Yes, both venues are fully accessible. If you have specific accommodation needs, please contact us in advance so we can ensure the best experience for you.

  • Are hotel and travel accommodations included?

    We are not offering hotel or travel accommodations, but there are several hotel options near each venue.
